Where are you shipping from?

We ship from all over the world. Mostly from Hong Kong.


Can I change or cancel my order?


As we try to process orders as quickly as possible,
you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All applications after this time will be rejected. Your order can be returned for a full refund once it has been received.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard,
AMEX) and PayPal payments.


When will my order be processed?


All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow your order to be processed during holidays and sales periods. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-
3 working days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing date.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, it may take 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive.


What if I don't receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment,
you are entitled to a full refund.


Will I be charged duty and taxes?


The prices shown on our site are tax-free, which means that you may be liable for duty and taxes upon receipt of your order. Once your order arrives at its destination, you may be charged import taxes, duties and related customs fees,
which will be determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and we will not cover them. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. Please contact your local customs office for further details on fees.

What if the items are that I received defective/wrong/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received goods that are incorrect, missing and/or defective. Please include your order number, item photos and any related references when you receive your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.


When will I receive my refund?


All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the money will be sent to the bank that issued the card within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact card -
Issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be credited to your account.
If you have not yet received a refund credit, please follow these steps: Contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be credited to your account.
